No. Luvra is text-based. No awkward video calls or live chats needed.
No. Luvra is designed for convenience; we do not offer phone or video consultations. All care is provided through online intake forms, which are reviewed by licensed providers.

Yes. Luvra uses HIPAA-compliant systems to protect your personal health information and ensure secure communication.
It depends on the service. Some visits require recent labs for safety, and others do not.
If labs are needed, we’ll guide you through every step—no surprises.
PrEP: Yes (HIV, kidney function, STI panel).
DoxyPEP: Usually no (unless symptoms are present).
UTI/BV/Yeast: No labs required.
ED / Hair Loss: No labs required.
Herpes: No labs required unless diagnosis is unclear.

Yes!
We accept recent labs within the last 3 months if they include everything necessary for your service.
Just upload them during your visit.
If anything is missing, we’ll let you know exactly what needs to be added.
No problem.
We can order labs for you through Labcorp or Quest (based on your location). You’ll get the order instantly by email.
Once completed, results come directly to your provider and your visit continues without delay.
We don’t charge for the order.
The lab bills your insurance or offers self-pay options.
After your provider approves your treatment, your prescription will be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice.
You’ll have two options:
Local pharmacy pickup (we’ll send it to the pharmacy of your choice)
Home delivery from a partner pharmacy (if available for your medication)
We offer medication refills for treatments previously prescribed by Luvra or another healthcare provider, subject to medical review and eligibility.
No. Luvra charges a simple, one-time fee for each visit, whether it’s your first consultation or a medication refill. We do not offer subscriptions. You only pay when you need care, with no hidden costs or recurring charges.

You can start your visit at any time by clicking the Start Care button in the top menu or the Get Started link on the Services page. That will take you directly to the secure medical intake form. Just answer a few quick questions about your health and treatment request, and a licensed provider will review it. If you’re a good candidate, your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy, usually within a few hours.
